Common questions
How can I trust the scope without a sales call?
Every project starts with a written proposal stating scope and price in full, before you commit: you pay only for what is listed there. Onboarding happens through a written brief, and you receive a short video walkthrough at every milestone. A call is always available if you prefer one — it is simply never required.
What if my content and photos aren't ready?
You send texts and photos with the onboarding brief. The delivery clock starts when the brief is complete — not when you pay — so there is no pressure on your side.
Who owns the app and the data?
You do. The app is published on your own App Store account, and the content management panel runs on your domain. No lock-in: you keep full access to everything.
What happens after delivery?
90 days of bug fixing are included in every project. For ongoing updates, content help, and compatibility with each new iOS release, there is an optional yearly maintenance plan.
You don't handle bookings — so what is the app for?
The app is your own guide and showcase: rooms or articles, places or products, stories. Book and Buy buttons link straight to your existing booking engine or shop — no commissions, no new system to learn, and no dependence on third-party platforms for your brand.
