Atrium
Document AI for People & Studios
Drop a document, get answers
Atrium turns a chaotic archive of PDFs, receipts and screenshots into a searchable, queryable library. Drop a file and the app handles the rest — OCR, extraction, organisation.
Built for families juggling household deadlines and for small professional studios — accountants, lawyers, agencies — that need to triage documents faster. A single native Apple experience, from Mac to iPhone, with iCloud sync.
Built for the actual work
Smart Ingestion
Drop a PDF or screenshot and Atrium runs Vision-based OCR, then extracts structured fields — amounts, due dates, IBAN, vendor — automatically.
Topic Clustering
Documents organise themselves across the library. Bills, invoices, receipts and certificates surface in coherent topics without manual tagging.
Semantic Search & Q&A
Ask questions in natural language and get answers grounded in the source documents, with inline citations to the original page.
Privacy by Design
Three privacy modes let you choose where computation happens. Apple Silicon-native, designed to keep sensitive documents local by default.
A small, audited gateway
Attestation-Based Auth
Every request is bound to a genuine Apple device. iOS clients authenticate with App Attest; macOS clients use a P-256 ECDSA key generated in the Secure Enclave on Apple Silicon.
LLM Gateway with Privacy Modes
A thin server routes cloud-bound requests on behalf of the app. The same gateway enforces the privacy mode chosen by the user, so sensitive documents never leave the device when the user asks for that.
Audit-Friendly Logging
Structured request logs with stable error codes and rate limits, designed so any incident can be reconstructed end to end. Quotas tracked per install, not per IP.
TLS Pinning
The app pins the server certificate, so a compromised network or rogue CA cannot intercept traffic. Pin rotation is planned and versioned, not improvised.
