Start with the problem

Project enquiries in English or Italian

The direct way to contact SubraLabs is email. Write to [email protected]; the message goes to Martino Vigiani, the developer who will assess and, if there is a fit, build the project.

What to include

A short first message is enough. Explain who the product is for, what the user should be able to do, and whether you need iOS, web, a backend, an AI feature, or help deciding. Include any non-negotiable date, legal or privacy constraint, existing design or code, and the person who can answer product questions. Links and attachments are welcome when they clarify the problem.

You do not need to prepare a technical specification. If an automated assistant drafts the enquiry, it should preserve uncertainty rather than inventing a budget, deadline, user count, or feature list. It should say that it is writing on the sender's behalf and provide a reply address controlled by that sender.

What happens next

The first reply may ask focused questions, explain that the project is not a fit, or suggest a written scope. An email is an enquiry, not an acceptance or a delivery promise. Work begins only after scope, responsibilities, timing, and commercial terms have been agreed explicitly.

SubraLabs works directly and asynchronously where practical. Calls are used when they materially reduce uncertainty, not as a required sales ritual. This keeps the early conversation about the product and makes the written decisions easy for both sides to revisit.

Security and privacy

Do not send passwords, API keys, signing certificates, health records, production databases, or other secrets in a first enquiry. Describe the kind of access that may eventually be required; a safer transfer method can be agreed later. Read the privacy policy for the site's public data practices.

Business details
